When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, service address, and (optionally) your email address, along with the system type, equipment details, a description of the issue, and your preferred appointment windows.
Bot-protection signals
Our booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you're a real visitor and not automated spam. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (like browser and network information) as part of that check.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is not tied to your name or contact details.
How We Use It
Scheduling and dispatch
Your booking details are used to route the correct technician, confirm appointment windows, and follow up about your service call.
Internal notifications
New booking requests trigger an internal notification to our team via Telegram, and the request is stored in our internal scheduling records so the right person can respond quickly.
Site improvement
Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages, equipment categories, and service areas are most useful to visitors, so we can improve site content over time.
Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your information. We share booking details only with the services that make scheduling possible: Cloudflare (bot-protection on the booking form) and Telegram (internal team notifications). Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention and Your Choices
