We looked at a Fujitsu AOU36RLXFZ condenser unit in Manhasset that had a communication issue on the PCB — the main board. The condenser's main board wasn't communicating properly, which is what we identified on this service call.

The Fujitsu AOU36RLXFZ is a ductless mini-split condenser, the type of outdoor unit we come across in homes and light commercial spaces around Long Island. These systems rely on the main control board in the outdoor condenser to communicate with the indoor air handlers. That communication is what lets the system coordinate operation across the indoor units connected to it. When the main board has a communication fault, that coordination breaks down.
